Unrevealed Terrain

Quezon Province is 4 hours bus ride from Buendia. And another 2 hours bus ride from SM Lucena to Gumaka...

I'd been there before but was not able to explore coz of errands. It a small town south of Quezon and wont take you whole day to explore.

As I arrive at the place, i started checking accounts and market stalls as fast as I can so that I have more time to spare...

After roaming around at the market place, I head straight to the seaside... And to my surprise, their stand watching the sea is a battle fortress equipped with 4 cannons. It is one of the oldest surviving fortress built during the latter part of the 18th century and it was called Kutang San Diego. -bitahengpilipinas.com-

My next stop was at the church called San Diego de Alcala Cathedral, established on 1582 and now the biggest and the oldest Catholic church in Quezon Province.

I love my work, coz it allows me to travel diffrent places, also I was able to visit Atimonan that same day where Skong Bantay Watchtower is errected. It serves as the eye of the town from incoming attacks.

I'll be transfer to region one next month... So i'll seize the moments left for me to explore Quezon.
